  • What is a Gaylord box?

A Gaylord box is a pallet-sized corrugated bulk box used to ship and store loose product. Standard Gaylords are 48" x 40" and come in 2, 3, 4, or 5 wall constructions, with heights typically from 30" to 50". They're common in warehouses, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and recycling operations.

  • Where do you operate?

We service all 50 U.S. states. Our pickups and deliveries run on common-carrier and dedicated trucks, with most loads scheduled within 3 to 7 business days.

  • How fast can you pick up my boxes?

Most pickups are scheduled within 3 to 7 business days of quote acceptance. Rush pickups (24–48 hours) are often possible — ask when you call. Drop trailers are available for continuous-volume customers.

  • Do I need a full truckload?

Full truckloads (typically 240–280 Gaylords) earn the highest rebates and free pickup. For smaller volumes we offer drop trailers (you fill on your schedule) or consolidated freight with nearby pickups.

  • How much do you pay for used Gaylord boxes?

Rebate pricing depends on box grade (single-trip vs. used), wall count, dimensions, condition, quantity, and your location relative to demand. Clean single-trip 4 and 5 wall boxes in full-truckload quantities earn the highest rates. Send us a photo and count for a real quote.

  • What grades of boxes do you sell?

We sell New (built to spec, suitable for export and food applications), Single-Trip (used once, 40–50% off new, perfect for domestic shipping), and Reconditioned (lightly refurbished, lowest cost). All grades are graded and sorted before resale.

  • What sizes and wall counts are available?

Standard 48" x 40" Gaylords in 2, 3, 4, and 5 wall plus custom sizes, octagonals, and heavy-duty 5-wall builds for high-density loads. Tell us your application and we'll recommend the right grade.

  • Can I get ESG / sustainability documentation?

Yes. On request we provide BOLs, weight tickets, and a diversion-from-landfill summary for every pickup. Useful for ISO 14001, corporate ESG reports, and customer sustainability questionnaires.

  • What conditions of boxes can you accept?

Most warehouse-condition boxes are fine: empty, dry, free from food residue and hazmat. Damaged or contaminated boxes still get recycled — they just don't earn a buy-back rebate. We can't accept biohazard, hazmat, or chemically-contaminated boxes.

  • How long does it take to get paid for boxes you buy?

Payment is issued within 7 to 14 days of pickup once the load is graded. We pay by ACH, check, or wire. No chargebacks for loads that match the quoted grade.
